Carline Procedures

Morning Drop-Off beginning at 7:15 a.m. Kindergarten students will go directly to the classroom where they will have a start of the day activity and/or breakfast. First and second grade students will go directly to the MPR to await their teacher and eat breakfast if desired. Students in third through ninth grade may get breakfast from the MPR, then gather on the field to await their teacher.

Afternoon Dismissal at 3 p.m. Please do not arrive at campus prior to 2:50 p.m. Cars that arrive prior to 2:50 p.m. will be asked to leave and return at a later time. Families with students in kindergarten should use pickup lane 2.

Kindergarten Only/Non-Ascent Sibling Dismissal is at 2:40 p.m. If you have only a kindergarten student with no older siblings at the school, you may arrive at 2:30 p.m. to pick up your kindergarten student. Please use pickup lane 2.

Pickup Patrol App We are very excited to introduce the use of the Pickup Patrol App to aid in our dismissal process. This app will help us dismiss efficiently and safely. Parents will be able to approve changes to dismissal (including who can pick up and how the student will leave campus), notify the office of early pickups, and notify aftercare of arrival.
